How to Request a Cancellation
Booking Confirmation Code: This can be found on your Booking Order Confirmation receipt.
Email Address: Please use the same email address you used when making the original booking.
Cancellation Policy – Direct Bookings
At Luxe City Vacation Homes Rental, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy for direct bookings is as follows:
1. Free Cancellation
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the arrival date are eligible for a full refund with no charges applied.
2. Partial Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
3. Full Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date are non-refundable and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
4. No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount.
5. Modification Requests
Reservation changes are subject to availability and may be subject to rate changes. A change is considered a cancellation if new dates cannot be accommodated.
